You're in great hands!

We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a dentist will review your dental and medical history. For diagnosis, they will examine your teeth and take X-rays of your mouth. From there, the dentist will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment. We typically proceed with cleaning at a time that is most convenient for you.

Insurance Information

We are currently preferred providers for many of the major PPO plans. We accept assignment for all other PPO plans which allow you to go "out-of-network". Accepting assignment means that after verifying your coverage and benefits, we allow insurance payment to come directly to us and the patient pays their approximate estimated percentage.

All estimated co-pays or percentages are just an approximate amount based on the information  that the insurance company makes available. We help in every way possible to maximize your insurance benefits and try to answer any insurance questions you have.

What does "out-of-network" mean?

A maximum fee schedule is established by most insurance companies. "In-network" dentist accept that fee schedule. If you go "out-of-network" the doctor does not have to accept that fee schedule and the patient is responsible for the difference. In many cases, there are no differences.

We can help you obtain this information before your appointment and find out if there is a difference or not.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, all major debit/credit cards as well as Carecredit (carecredit.com - interest free options only for healthcare). We ask for payment at the time of service or your co-pay amount unless previous arrangements have been made. You can discuss payment arrangements when treatment is discussed. We want to help you obtain the treatment you need.

Treatment Plans

Many time people have not been to the dentist in a long time and are unsure of the amount of treatment they might need. You are not alone. Life happens. We want you to feel comfortable getting back on track with your dental health. We are obligated to advise you of any problem that we see. We do, however realize that it can be overwhelming (or you might be surprised and it is not as bad you imagined!). We will offer you options and perhaps treatment done in phases whenever possible. The first step in simply to come in for a comprehensive exam, x-rays and evaluation. From that point, we can discuss what treatment is reasonable for you.
